Our client is one of the leading insurance firms with a strong presence in Asia. They are currently looking for an experienced business analyst to work with both IT and business teams on end to end requirements management and process mapping.
As the Business Analyst, you are required to:
- Ensure all key business goals are understood and requirements are documented
- Participate, lead and contribute to relevant business and/or project meetings
- Work with project teams to ensure that quality solutions are addressed to the requirement of the business delivery
- Support projects through entire project life cycle from development through till implementation
- Understand the financial services industry and regulatory framework
As the ideal candidate, you must possess:
- At least 3 - 5 years of professional work experience with hands-on business analysis skills
- Solid understanding of insurance process/workflow
- Proficient in translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications
- Strong communicator, self driven and proactive in engaging senior level conversations
