My client a global insurance organisation is currently looking for a business architect to lead the strategy and design of a new target operating model.
The ideal business architect will have a strong understanding of organisational and business models within the insurance market and the ability to develop and execute strategy processes.
Key skills (must have):
• Extensive experience working as a business architect within the London insurance market, preferably property and casualty
• Experience leading the strategy and design of a target operating model with a strong understanding of organisational and business models
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills throughout all levels of the business with the ability to influence and shape thinking
• Practical understanding of Kanban, Agile and waterfall project methodologies
• Ability to oversee and conduct capability impact assessments and future state definitions
