Eames are currently working closely with one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance and insurance to help grow a new team with a number of Business Process Managers to join their operational excellence division.
They are looking for a process expert of the insurance value chain who drives global process harmonisation and improvement, reviews and where possible aligns and documents global improved standards and local deviations.
The ideal candidate would have would have strong process experience with a consultancy/internal consultant background. This candidate would have had hands on implementation skills of turning these processes into a reality and a proven history of designing them from scratch. Communication skills will be imperative to this role due to the nature of speaking to varying levels of the business. Insurance experience necessary.
