Eames is working close with an insurer on the appointment of a Claims Adjuster to handle a caseload of litigious claims across Employers Liability, Public Liability, and unusual RTA's. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for completing all necessary investigations into a clients' claim, drafting documents to issue court proceedings and ensuring clients' are provided with correct legal advice. This is an immediate requirement and therefore we're looking for individuals who are available at short notice.
Ideally suitable applicants will possess the following abilities;
- Experience handling EL/PL or General Liability claims within an insurance company or law firm.
- Knowledge of JC Guidelines with regards to the assessment of personal injury cases.
- Knowledge of Pre Action Protocols and relevant regulations relating to accidents at work.
