A leading general insurer focusing direct and reinsurance lines of business is looking for a Catastrophe Analyst to join their London-based team. This role will work across all lines of business (both D&F, Binders, and Treaty/Reinsurance) with a focus on Nat Cat lines of business. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in Catastrophe Modelling by working in a small team of market experts and receive the flexibility to work independently on a range of projects.
The successful candidate will provide catastrophe analysis and pricing support to underwriters so strong communication skills are necessary. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience using RMS or Verisk modelling software and strong technical skills (SQL necessary, Python & PowerBI desired).
