​Looking for a Change Manager with a strong experience in Performance Metrics to join one of the leading global financial services firm based in Singapore. The primary role is to define baseline metrics that will be adopted across the bank and lead the operationalization of requirements for data related risk initiatives.

As the Change Manager, you will be required to;

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for metrics and tooling enabling regulatory change management

  • Support regulatory change metrics and tools adoption under target operating model workstreams

  • Plan, manage, lead and own the required data and metrics

  • Support operationalization of regulatory refinement forums through metrics and reporting, including analysis of relevant metrics to ensure effective management reporting

  • Lead the team to achieve bank wide outcomes set by the organization

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of working experience in Change and Data Analysis & Management with a focus on information visualization and insights generation. A solid working knowledge of Tableau, JIRA/Azure DevOps Services and PlanView/Clarity.
