One of the leading financial service organisations with a strong presence in the region is currently looking for an experienced Citrix subject matter expert to join their infrastructure team. The individual will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for the Asia Pacific region and will require extensive knowledge of the Citrix product set.
As the citrix subject matter expert, you will be responsible for:
- Taking charge of driving all Citrix initiatives in the region.
- Planning migration projects for all business units.
- Developing the existing virtual desktop stack.
- Maintaining high level of stability within the current Citrix environment.
- Taking responsibility as the escalation point for all complex issues highlight by operations team.
- Working closely with IT teams to provide first class services across the platform.
- Ensuring timely closely of audit and regulatory recommendations.
- Providing technical documentation when necessary.
As an ideal candidate, you must possess the following:
- Strong experience as an subject matter expert of Citrix in designing and implementing large scale multi-site Citrix projects.
- Demonstration knowledge of Citrix and VMware technologies.
- Fantastic knowledge in enterprise Microsoft technologies.
- Good understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies and automation tools.
- More than 8 years of experience in financial services industry.
