Eames are working on an exciting opportunity with growing Insurtech - just granted unicorn status, looking to hire a Claims Fraud Team Lead to join their team in London.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with management background in motor fraud, looking to gain some exposure in leading a team in a startup Insurtech, as well as joining a business that is growing rapidly. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with other excellent benefits.
Experience in the motor- fraud insurance industry is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsibilities for the role include managing the day-to-day operations of a growing team of Claims Fraud specialists as well as working closely with the head of Claims and Head of Fraud.
Skills/Knowledge required:
- The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills within motor fraud insurance, as well as a broad understanding of relevant case law and legal principles. Experience managing or coaching a team would be essential for the role.
- Having some exposure to personal lines would be advantageous.
