Job Description

I'm currently working with a global carrier on the appointment of a Claims Operations and Reporting Manager. The role will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of accurate and accessible claims data, through managing the performance of Claims Operations, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement key strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claims data requirements.
  • Oversee the production of claims reports and analysis, facilitating informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional claims service and maintain strong relationships with service partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement Claims MI strategic initiatives and optimise self-serve reporting tools.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, driving toward our client's vision for future claims services.
  • Provide training and support to enhance the use of claims data analytics and reporting within the team.

It's essential this individual has a proven track record working within claims operations, with significant MI data analysis experience. You will also have a solid understanding of the London Insurance Market and associated claims systems.
