Job Description

Eames is currently working closely with a global reinsurer who is looking to bring on board a claims operations manager. You will work to ensure an efficient and compliant claims function is maintained, and will be accountable for assisting in the design, development, implementation and on-going oversight of the operational environment. 

The claims operations manager will be responsible for operational/process improvement and change management in support of strategic initiatives of our client’ claims operation globally.

Strong stakeholder management is essential as the successful candidate will liaise with various business functions internally, and externally to the wider market.

It is essential you have experience within a similar role within a reinsurer or Lloyd’s Syndicate, with strong change management exposure.
