Claims Quality Assurance Analyst, London, Salary Competitive
We’re currently working closely with a market leading carrier who are looking to onboard a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to assist with the management of claims performance. The role will work closely with the Head of Performance and DA and will be accountable for:
- Providing MI and analysis
- Driving data quality assurance and performance
- Governance across delegated claims
- Onboarding, due diligence, audit, and management of DCA’s
- Exploring opportunities for automation and process improvements
