As part of their strategic business transformation journey, we are looking for a Project Lead to drive strategic projects revolving digital solutions on client onboarding to improve Cx & journey as a whole.
Partnering with stakeholders and unit heads, you will be responsible to lead projects & deliveries on various digital solutionings that adds value to the global markets business.
Skills & Experience
- 8 years of relevant banking experience, consulting background highly advantageous
- A proven track record in digital capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders to drive change and achieve optimized results
- Strong understanding on e2e trade lifecycle
- Must be PMP or CSPO certified
- Experience with Agile/Scrum & led a large team before
Salary 200k to 280k RM base
