One of our large financial service customers are currently looking for a CMDB subject matter expert to join the business, as part of an assessment and enhancement of the current tooling of the estate and to help on process improvement.
Due to the nature of the role, you would need to have the following experience:
- Strong and deep understanding of SACM processes;
- Strong and deep understanding of CMDB architecture, implementation and operation;
- Strong and deep understanding of CSDM and CMDB data structures generally;
- Experience of designing, administrating, implementing and operating Service Now CMDBs;
- Service Now CMDB certified.
- Experience of configuring and operating Service Now Discovery and integration's with other secondary sources e.g. SCCM, SolarWinds, VCenter
