Excellent Claims Handler position for a Prestigious Contingency Risks Underwriter in Luxembourg.
I am working closely with a global Independent Contingency Risks Insurer in the appointment of a high calibre individual for a Claims Handler position in their offices in Luxembourg.
This is a niche but growing product within the insurance sector with great prospects and profitability and my client is in need of a Claims Handler across its European market, from the declaration until the settlement proposal to the insured: Daily claim handling, opening of the claim, appointment of the adjuster, follow up and analysis of the file are usual duties. Risks would, in this sphere, come from European markets especially from the Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and other continental markets. English and French are required, Spanish or/and Italian would be an excellent plus. This is a great opportunity if you want to grow professionally with them.

Skills we are looking for
- At least 2 years in claims handling
- Team oriented
- Used to work in a paperless office
- Has the sense of responsibilities and priorities
- Open mind to solve problems
- Can handle stress and don't take things personally
- Concerned with a good quality service
Minimum 3 languages (French & English mandatory). Spanish or Italian are a great plus.
