My client is a top-tier life insurer, and they are looking for various customer service officers to join their team! They are looking for candidates ranging from junior to senior and if you have customer service experience, you are welcomed. All positions are not sales related and no sales targets involved.

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer enquiries on insurance products in a professional manner

  • Retain and enhance customer relationship by resolving raised questions

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls and digital channels (live chats, emails)

  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by managers

 Job requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service role, candidates from other industries are welcomed too

  • Customer oriented mindset with passion to provide excellent service

  • PC literate in MS Office 

  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Passed in IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5 is an additional plus (can sit for the exams after on-boarding)

Working pattern:

  • Monday to Friday; 9am - 6pm

  • Incentive Scheme & OT allowance

  • Work from home arrangement is flexible

  • No night shifts
