This company is based in central London, offering hybrid working (3 office days p/w) and a salary of circa £75,000 (depending on experience) plus a 10% target-20% max bonus.
The role:
- Drive value from data for business stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Define and prioritize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Share Data team capabilities with stakeholders to enhance processes and decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between Data team efforts and strategic goals, while fostering a culture of service excellence.
The candidate:
- Proficient in utilizing data and technology for decision-making, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in understanding and addressing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging existing data tools effectively.
- Experienced in problem-solving, root cause identification, and prioritizing multiple requirements based on value and resource considerations.
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a scaled agile environment, with knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and AWS/Snowflake being advantageous.
