Eames is currently partnered with a speciality insurer that is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join its central data team and contribute to its data modernisation programme.
This hybrid role pays circa £65,000 plus benefits and bonuses. You will be working from home 2 - 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements for speciality insurance projects.
- Analyze data from various source systems and perform data flow mapping.
- Translate business needs into technical data solutions and align with industry standards.
- Support data governance, develop technical documentation, and guide throughout the data lifecycle.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Hands-on data business analysis experience in insurance, preferably London Markets.
- Support projects from a data perspective and assist with Analytics & Insights initiatives.
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality improvement.
- Proficiency in data modelling, ETL processes, tools like SQL, Power BI, and Informatica, and an understanding of SDLC methodologies.
