Our client is one of the leading regional bank with a strong presence across APAC. They are looking for an experienced Database Administrator to provide technical support the Bank’s databases. This is a permanent role based in Singapore.
Job Description:
As a DBA SME, you will require experience and solid working knowledge in the following areas:
- Supporting the operation of the organisation
- Supporting and working with the application team on DB requirements
- DB Design, Architecture and Performance
- Providing technical guidance
- Testing and implementing new DB technologies
The successful candidate requires:
- More than 7 years of experience in DBA
- Strong technical competency in MS SQL with MariaDB or Hadoop
- Strong scripting skills will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
