We're looking for driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Candidate focused Delivery team recruiting Technology candidates for the Insurance and Finance sector.
What will you be doing in the role?
- You'll be sourcing for client vacancies and approaching candidates to produce quality shortlists of candidates looking for Senior level Contract roles.
- You'll be interviewing candidates over the telephone and face to face.
- Tracking candidates on our new Salesforce CRM which we have heavily invested in this year.
- You will source candidates for most of the leading Banks and Insurance companies in the London market and become a true specialist early on in your career.
- Picking up leads for Client Facing consultants to convert into business development opportunities.
