Desktop Support Engineer - Financial Services - London

Key Details: 3 months initial, £250 per day OUTSIDE IR35

The Role

A pan-European banking organisation is undertaking a programme of works to completely refresh their devices within the business. As such, they require two consultants who can come into the business to support the roll-out of the new devices to their user base.

Embedded within the EU team - you will be responsible for engaging the end-user for the roll-out and to ensure user adoption throughout the bank as well as providing technical support for the glitches that may occur throughout this engagement.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrable experience working on hardware refresh projects and have rolled out new devices to users
  • Strong general EUC support skills (MDM, 365, Wintel)
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Experience working within the banking/financial services sector
