A Desktop Support is required by a global insurance company to provide technical support throughout their business within a desk side environment.
The successful candidate will need to have worked extensively within a desk side environment and have the ability to mentor junior admin staff.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:
- Experience in providing technical support to internal users
- Experience with office 365
- Experience with windows 7/10
- Previous experience working within financial services is advantageous
