Softwrae Development Manager - London / WFH - £120-130k plus benefits - Insuretech
A leading global software house in the insurance industry have just launched an innovative new cloud based product and are now looking for an experienced Development Manager to take it to the next level.
We are looking for an influencer who has a strong technical background in development and managing development teams. This will still be a very hands on technical role as well as managing 4-8 scrum teams.
Must haves:
- Technical background / Strong development background / Managed development teams
- Candidate must still be hands on and be able to code
- Experience in Azure, .net and Angular would be preferable
- Strong people management skills
- Experience of delivering and taking new digital products to market
- Insuretech / Insurance experience would be beneficial
