Job Description

Our client is a leading financial institution in Asia, they are currently looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in working on complex digital transformation projects that impacts business process improvement and software solutions. 

As the Business Analyst, you will be required to: 

  • Understand and translate business process improvement and business requirements to specific software solutions and process improvements
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and shared understanding of business requirements with stakeholders and users around workshop or group facilitated settings
  • Analyse and research new/existing products and processes to identify and document functional requirements 
  • Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements
  • Provide traceability of requirements to IT solutions using Agile and or any traditional development models
  • Support testing process through various stages of system testing (UAT / SIT) by providing appropriate scenarios, examples and acceptance criteria

An ideal candidate must have:

  • At least 5 years of strong business process analysis with ability to elicit, articulate and document business requirement and processes
  • Working experience in system analysis, implementation of process efficiencies and use of process modelling 
  • Good working knowledge of full project life cycle methodology and project planning tools
  • Familiar with Agile Scrum / SAFE methods and agile business and collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Team
