Job Description


  • Build a strong partnership and effective communication channel with the bank partners

  • Evaluate, develop and implement an effective sales training strategy for the bancassurance channel base on the performance of the frontline forces.

  • Enhance the understanding of product proposition and client service by developing training programs on topics including explanation of features and benefits, and terms & conditions of different insurance policies.

  • Ensure and monitor the effectiveness of all training related initiatives with measurement and analytics on the training results

  • Build, lead and develop a high calibre training team


  • Over 12 years experience in insurance and bancassurance industry

  • Solid experience in bancassurance and life insurance products

  • Frontline exposure is highly preferred

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop training programs
