Our client is a leading asset management firm seeking for a Director, Programme Manager. The role has involvement across multiple initiatives and workstreams from initiation to closure. The role directly reports to the Head of Transformation.
As the Project Manager, you will be required to;
- Takes full accountability for entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning, execution till reporting
- Involved in defining project scope, cost-benefit analysis and identification of project sponsors
- Identify, track and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables changes and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks
- Establish tracking of tasks via task reporting processes and input from task owners
- Issue and risk management
- Ensure governance framework in adhered to
- Steering Commitee meetings with key stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation are properly signed off
As a successful candidate, you must have;
- Degree in relevant fields of study
- More than 10 years of experience in projects involving fund management/capital markets
- Knowledge across multiple asset classes
- Experience in Change Management and Target Operating Model Re-engineering
- Experience in Asset Management Solution Delivery and/or BlackRock Aladdin solution knowledge
- Understanding of ESG and implementation of ESG
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
