Job Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and all things on Enterprise Monitoring tools including the planning of technical deliverables; architecture & engineering technical front.
- Work cross functionally with developers, solution architects, businesss to implement strategic & effective solutions for service visibility
- Keep up to date on new technologies and ensure the bank is onboard with latest tools
- Work with project teams on deliveries
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with MNC
- Must have experience with BMC TrueSight
- Experience with BMC Entuity Fault detection tool is advantageous
