I'm currently working with a Global Carrier on the appointment of a FI Claims Product Lead. This role will be the focal point for a global book of FI claims and in addition to managing a caseload of complex and major losses, the Product Lead will be responsible for managing the performance of the claims book, assisting with the oversight of coverholders/TPA's, identifying and reporting on claims trends, and attending market meetings and seminars to represent our client.
Previous experience handling lead market FI claims is essential.
