A boutique London-based Private Equity Fund is looking to appoint a part-qualified/finalist-level accountant to its finance team.
The role sits the corporate side for the most part, responsible for the day-to-day management and financial accounting for the investment advisor. Given the small nature of the team, the incumbent will also oversee and review the externally produced fund accounts from the third party administrator.
The firm operates a hybrid working model, and the culture is closely knit given the size. A study support package is on offer, with a salary in the region of £45,000-£55,000, depending on the level of experience. There is a discretionary performance-based bonus and wider benefits to accompany this.
Requirements:
- Undertaking an accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent
- Circa 2-3 years' experience in a management/financial accounting role, an accountancy practice background will also be taken into consideration
- Alternative investments background is preferred however open to considering other industries
