We are working in partnership with a leading general insurer who are looking for an FP&A Business partner with strong industry experience. Within this role you will report to the Head of UK FP&A and Business Partnering where you will be responsible for driving the UK expense story along with supporting strong cost management.

Core Responsibilities:
Your position involves overseeing driver-based budgeting and forecasting for the UK expense base exceeding £100 million. This includes meeting Group deadlines quarterly and annually, providing both Business Unit and Legal Entity perspectives.
Additionally, you'll handle monthly reporting of UK expenses, contributing data to a self-serve dashboard and generating a monthly UK leadership expenses package.
You will play a pivotal role in managing UK headcount by closely collaborating with HR to budget, forecast, and report monthly movements, supported by explanatory drivers.
Address any ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management. Furthermore, you will assist the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering with various projects
The position involves fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement in current processes and outcomes
Key Requirements:
Recently Qualified ACA, CIMA, or ACCA (ideally ACA from Big 4)
