Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for a BA/PM to join their front office change management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all regional projects as a BA/PM and support the trading systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work with front office stakeholders; product management, sales, trader and brokers.
- Conduct analysis of key requirements from the stakeholders and understand the business needs.
- Analyse and prepare the BRDs and manage the project at regional level.
- Review new product documentation
- Take ownership of the regional projects and implement best practices
- Manage operational risks in projects and ensure effective delivery.
Requirement:
- Strong understanding of Financial Market products
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and initiate things
- Prior experience working with front office.
- Prior experience working with trading platforms will be an added advantage.
