A regulatory hosting firm and software platform is in search of a versatile lawyer with around 2 years of PQE to collaborate closely with their managing directors and CEO, who is a solicitor able to provide additional training and insights.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage Legal Contracts tracker
- Prepare engagement docs
- Negotiate contract legal points (e.g., indemnities, warranties)
- Handle IP (e.g., TM, patents) and related issues
- Manage HR/TUPE legal matters and GDPR
- Oversee M&A activities
- Input into software product from legal perspective including AML
Experience Required:
- 2 years PQE preferred, ideally in-house within financial services
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory industry and FCA regulations
