Currently recruiting for a Head of Audit to be based in one of three locations USA, Ireland or London.
This role will initially be a stand-alone position; and bring the internal audit division in-house using the services of a Consultancy. You will design, set up, and establish the Group Internal Audit function and framework and on a global basis.
Ideal candidate will have experience of ideally setting up a global audit team within a digital / payments / Fintech company/bank.
Different country Regulation principles across different jurisdictions especially North America, USA, Europe, Asia and the like.
Strong communication experience to deal with the audit committee and educate/consultant the business on the importance of internal audit.

You will perform and control the full cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations;
Determine the internal audit scope for the Group and develop the annual plans;
Obtain, analyze and evaluate internal accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
