My top tier banking client is looking for a Global Markets Auditor
You will drive or work as a team member on investment banking audits with a focus on global markets trading businesses such as cash equities, electronic trading, ETD and associated support functions
assess risks arising from both the business and support functions and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to address those risks
review remediation actions submitted by the business for closure to assess whether issues have been addressed
monitor the risk profile and developments within Global Markets and provide ongoing input for business risk assessments
Successfully collaborate with peers in and across audit teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior management.
Ideal candidate
a university degree, equivalent education or professional audit designation such as CIA, CPA
ideally 5+ years of experience with sound knowledge of global markets trading businesses and / or banking operations in financial industry. This experience could have been gained in an internal audit or a risk role within a bank
risk focused, and capable of using data analytics to gain insights into business and control issues
proficiency in Chinese would be well regarded
