Head of Claims (Syndicate), Salary and Package very competitive
I’m currently working with a Syndicate on the appointment of a Head of Claims into their London team. My client underwriters a worldwide book of Accident & Health, Specialty, Casualty, Property, and Reinsurance.
The Head of Claims will manage a team of Senior Adjusters/Adjusters and will provide strategic leadership to the claims function. They will ensure best practice is maintained and will have oversight of claims procedures, control functions, and claims reporting/trend analysis.
It is essential that this individual has managed teams previously and ideally has a strong understanding of the Lloyd’s environment.
