Job Description

A global, top-tier firm is looking for a Head of Client Services within their Insurance Technology team that manage the software licences and software product invoices for clients. 

The role includes leading the team and ensuring the team is successful by carrying out the following responsibilities:

  • Setting the long-term strategy for the team.
  • Defining their objectives and ensuring their successful and efficient delivery.
  • Acting as the point of escalation for service issues.
  • Advocating the function to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Proven record of managing an operational team and stakeholders within a fast-paced, pressured environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term vision/objective.
  • Excellent client service skills with experience in dealing with difficult stakeholders/managing escalated service failures.
  • Self-starter with a motivation to succeed and continuously improve existing processes.
