My Insurance client is looking for a Head of Compliance Advisory to provide second line Compliance advice on Conduct-related issues. Other responsibilities;
- Challenge and provide expertise to governance committees
- Own the development of an annual compliance plan for the Advisory team
- Support the embedding of a compliance culture
EXPERIENCE
- Previous senior compliance advisory roles within Insurance
- Strong understanding regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of FCA rule-book and Conduct requirements
