A global banking organisation are currently looking for a Head of Delivery to be accountable for a cross functional team within mobile apps and online experiences; digital messaging; building and improving underlying technology; and innovating propositions to take advantage of new technology and trends.
The successful candidate will have experience working with globally dispersed teams. The Head of delivery will be responsible for 7 direct reports who in turn manage 450 resources combined.
Key knowledge & experience:
- Success working with large global cross functional teams
- Experience delivering complex IT programmes of work within complex financial services organisations (e.g. Banking or Insurance
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence CXO leaders.
- Experience leading digital transformations and establishing agile delivery.
- Ability to manage teams to deliver tight deadlines
- Ability to travel globally as required (India, Hong Kong and The Americas)
