my client is a Fintech startup with close to 2 years of presence in Singapore. Due to massive expansion plans in Asia, they are looking for a Head of Finance/Financial Controller to lead the team in Singapore.
Reporting into the CFO, below are the responsibilities:
- Oversee Finance functions
- Manage the full accounting functions for Singapore
- Assure accuracy of all cash flow, tax, statutory and financial reporting to local, regional and group management in accordance with corporate guidelines and International and US GAAP as applicable.
- Provide monthly analysis of financial performance and recommendations for improvement of gross margins.
