Eames Consulting is currently partnered with a global (re)insurance broker who is looking for a Head of Data Management to help define and execute their data strategy.
This hybrid/London-based role pays up to £140,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
The role:
Develop and own the Group's Data Management strategy.
Drive the design and architecture of the data platform.
Collaborate directly with business units to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Provide oversight, guidance, and mentoring to staff globally in Data Management.
The candidate:
Solid experience as a technology-focused Data Management Leader, with at least 5 years of relevant experience gained within Insurance.
Proficiency in Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, and relevant tools, with a track record of implementing and maintaining self-service-based data products.
Demonstrated expertise in following processes for design and governance, along with experience in Agile project environments.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms, including core data services, and familiarity with general IT principles and data warehousing concepts.
