Eames Consulting has been exclusively retained by One of the UK's leading Insurance firms, operating in the Lloyds of London market who are seeking an experienced Service Management Lead to join their city based team. The firm in question is growing rapidly and require an innovative, highly professional problem solver to join their cutting edge service delivery team in a key leadership role.

The role of Head of IT Service Management will report directly into the Head of IT and take full responsibility for the service desk, change and configuration management, problem management, procurement and SaaS infrastructure performance.

To be considered for the role of Head of IT Service Management you will have:

  •  Experience of running IT Service Management in the insurance sector (ideally London markets)
  •  Experience of managing small teams (both on and offshore)
  •  Experience of working with 3rd party, outsourced parties
  •  Expert knowledge of ITIL and SME knowledge of; Problem mgmt, change & config mgmt, Service Delivery, etc
  •  SaaS experience
