An independent and international insurance provider is looking for a Head of Operations to be responsible for the day to day delivery of operational services for a division within the firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Operating Model within the Agency business with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, in addition to ensuring that the model supports the execution of business strategy.
Key Skills include:
- Must have insurance experience with current knowledge of the market
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Complex problem solver and effective decision maker
