Key responsibilities:
- Lead pricing team on delivery of pricing
- Focused on pricing levels to deliver AOP - whilst balancing the financial requirements of profitability and return needed
- Clearly communicate to stakeholders with pricing proposals whilst maintaining governance regulations and minimum standards
- Continual assessment, identification and implementation of opportunities for product improvement and mitigation of risk
- Aspire others to ensure that positive results are achieved
- Drive self-development and developing others to ring out the best in the team
