An exciting opportunity has arisen for a head of technology within a banking and finance company based in Hampshire. This candidate will play a key role in some high-profile projects and will inherit a small team in house and offshore.
The successful candidate will lead and drive technical performance on the company's retail facing lending application and back office servicing platform.
In order to be considered for this role the successful candidate should have:
- A strong technical background, not necessarily a development background but a good understanding of technology
- A financial services background / experience in managing payment systems is ESSENTIAL
- Preferably experience with real time / high throughput payment systems
- Some Business Analysis, Project Management and Product Management experience would be preferable
- Strong leadership skills
