Eames is working closely with a leading international (re)insurer on the appointment of a Health Claims and Operations Manager to provide support to the Global Head of Health Claims.
Duties will include;
- Assisting international offices with Quality Assurance Reviews
- Ensuring consistent processes across the group claims function
- Acting as a referral point for high value health claims
- Developing thought leadership offering; overseeing the production of global health briefs.
- Delivering in house training; researching and developing health specific material to be included in the claims manual.
- Occasional travel to various international offices.
Suitable applicants will ideally possess the following qualities;
- 5 years' experience in Health Claims.
- Reinsurance exposure beneficial.
- Clinical background or experience beneficial.
- Have obtained a degree or equivalent.
