A top insurance broker is looking to grow its R&D pricing team, seeking an experienced pricing manager with a background in optimisation.
You'll manage a team of 2, whilst mentoring a first time manager within the team. This team covers a range of pricing projects, extending to machine learning improvements in Python. Whilst this isn't a prerequisite, an understanding of ML techniques is desired.
The ideal candidate is currently managing at least one analyst within a pricing capacity, ideally with strong optimisation and WTW software experience.
