Job Description

One of my client, an investment management firm is looking to hire a HRIS Manager (Successfactor).

As the HRIS Manager, you will be required to;

  • Champion system implementation activities for Successfactor project such as conducting user requirements analysis, develop specifications, create UAT cases, participate in solution designing, recommendations of best fit solution, support data migration and enhance workflows to improve effiencies

  • Plan and manage projects leading to a successful implementation

  • Manage system admin activities such as validation of data, improve system designs to enhance data accuracy and reduction of duplication, develop standard operating system guides and training of system users

  • Support and/or participate in Group HR projects and initiatives

  • Manage procurement, preparation and publishing tender specifications, evaluation, and recommendations

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing Successfactor implementation. You should have proven working knowledge in Successfactor modules ie, Employee Central, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance. Participating in large volume data migration exercises and SDLC projects with in-depth understanding of local and overseas employment and statutory contribution legislation is ideal.
