One of the London Market's leading underwriters is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise the Programme Director on 3-5 workstreams of an EMEA-wide transformation as the FTSE 100 parent company drives improvements in IAM technologies and policies.
The Subject Matter Expert should have broad experience on IAM technologies, controls and processes, with enterprise IAM solution implementation experience for large to mid-size organisations.
Project Management experience would be an advantage, or an understanding of the transformation life-cycle at global organisations, as a minimum.
Familiarity with concepts including (but not limited to) Segregation of duties, Role Management, User access governance, Joiner/Mover/Leaver process, Single Sign-On, Attribute based access control and risk based authentication models, access federation etc. etc. will be discussed in detail at interview.
Strong communication/stakeholder management skills and an understanding of the insurance industry also highly desirable
