A senior Infrastructure Support Specialist is required by a leading financial services company, to provide 2nd and 3rd line operational support for CLS internal IT infrastructure and systems in the company’s 24x7 hosted environment.
You will be needed to take ownership of problems through to resolution over a wide variety of systems and technologies.
You will need to have strong experience supporting across a range of infrastructure services, including Microsoft Windows Server environment, Microsoft Exchange, VMware ESXi, AIX, Cisco UC, IP networks and SAN technologies.
Any experience working within a banking or financial services background would be a big advantage.
