Interim Technical Services Director (Inside IR35)
Eames Consulting are exclusively working with one of our insurance partners on a key interim hire for a minimum of 6 months.
What you will be working on In this pivotal role:
- You'll be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the Technology Services department, including Architecture, Cloud Operations, Technology Operations and Support functions.
- You'll join as a member of Technology Leadership Team, actively collaborating with the Development Director, CTO, Director of Product, and Director of Algorithmic Underwriting to execute on strategic initiatives.
- Bringing your expertise of working within the Lloyds of London market within a senior IT Leadership role, you will focus on defining and operating a scalable, secure and cost-effective Technology Services and application landscape that will enable us to meet its business objectives and technology strategy.
- This includes responsibility for an enterprise architecture in line with the Technology and Data strategies with the appropriate governance framework to ensure that the architecture provides tangible business value while complying with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Essential:
- Experience of working within a London Market Insurance firm.
- Senior IT Leadership experience, CTO / IT Director / Head of IT etc.
- Core IT Transformation Experience.
- A dynamic and self-motivated individual.
- Previous experience in a fast pace interim role.
Daily Rate
- £1000 to £1500 per day, dependant on experience. Inside IR35/via umbrella.
