Our client, a global bank, is hiring an Internal Communications Lead to support the delivery of a global internal community engagement and capability on digital assets (cryptocurrencies, tokenisation etc).:
- Work with the functional and business stakeholders to develop and deliver effective communications plans, material, and internal comms channel management (email distribution list, intranet, townhall logistics etc)
- Publish internal e-newsletters on key milestones and curated news on industry developments
- Coordinate production of high-quality digital content with internal partners and vendors where required (banners, infographics, videos, podcasts, articles, blogs, e-newsletters)
- Develop and maintain FAQs and key messages, create brand-compliant internal communications materials
- Maintain resource library on intranet to support frontline, operational enablement and commercialisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to put together content for digital courses and learning pathways to drive effective learning
- Monitor and report training and engagement levels, define success metrics for capability and engagement framework
- Define and implement tools and procedures to measure effectiveness of training and engagement efforts and identify ways to improve
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in an Internal Communications role within the Financial Services space
- Excellent writing and effective communication skills with an emphasis on simplification
- Experience and/or interest with digital assets a plus
